Who can resist a cute 8-year-old and a pack of well-trained pups? Not the judges of “America’s Got Talent,” who unanimously sent Alexis & The Puppy Pals through to the next round after their Season 15 audition.
Alexis charmed the judges with her vibrant smile, sparkling getup, and choreography while guiding her three dogs through hoops and hurdles in her Florida backyard. The dogs — Cash, Jetta, and Rudy — shake, rattle, and roll through their routine flawlessly.
Howie was so impressed by the performance — and the outfit — that he dubbed the 8-year-old “Alexis Exotic, the Puppy Queen.” The other judges were equally impressed, giving Alexis four yes votes and sending her to the next round.
Alexis told the judges when she grows up, she wants to be a dog trainer, and she’s well on her way with this routine. And a ringing endorsement from Simon Cowell doesn’t hurt: “You are a brilliant little dog trainer,” he told Alexis before sending her through.
